We are the operator and builder of the most innovative trampoline and indoor leisure parks in Austria. The fun and joy of movement on a unique facility unites us with our guests. YOUR MISSION:

Become part of a young dynamic team. At JUMP DOME our customers come first! The aim is to ensure that guests have an unforgettable, exciting and enjoyable day out at the JUMP DOME.

TASKS:

• Implementation of quality and safety standards
• Organisation & optimisation of work processes
• Customer service, cashier service and sales activities
• Instruction, animation and supervision of our guests
• Looking after reserved groups (e.g. birthdays & company events)

BACKGROUND AND INTEREST:

• Experience in the service or retail industry
• Experience in catering service or payment processes
• Willingness to experience something new every day and to work multiple shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
• Fun and interest in movement, trends and direct customer contact

PROFILE:

• Ability to work in a team
• Very good communication and social skills
• Reliability, commitment and a sense of responsibility
• Enthusiasm and high self-motivation
