RULES OF CONDUCT at JUMP DOME


Welcome to JUMP DOME – where safety is our top priority! Trampolining is a sport and, like any sport, carries a certain risk of injury. To ensure that your visit is safe and enjoyable for you and everyone else, please note the following:

  • Watch the safety video.
  • Always follow the RULES OF CONDUCT.
  • Only attempt jumps and maneuvers you can perform safely.

Rules of Conduct

  1. Use Only Under Supervision
    • Children under 10 years of age may only use the facility when accompanied by an authorized supervisor.
    • Jumpers under 16 years of age require a liability waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
    • Jumpers 16 years of age and older require a self-signed liability waiver.
    • Parents, guardians, and supervisors are responsible for the children in their care.
  2. Use at Your Own Risk
    • Each jumper has unique physical abilities. Only jump within the limits of your skill level.
    • Remember: You jump at your own risk! Know your boundaries and do not exceed them.
  3. Safety Is Top Priority!
    • Only one person may use any single trampoline at a time.
    • Never have multiple people jumping simultaneously on the same trampoline segment.
    • Perform only controlled jumps and aim to land securely on both feet in the center of the trampoline.
    • Avoid “running” across multiple segments and do not engage in so-called “boosting” (catapulting each other). This is strictly prohibited.
    • Somersaults are only allowed if you can perform them safely or have learned them professionally.
    • Tricks beyond your capabilities can lead to serious injuries (e.g., paralysis or even death).
    • Never land head-first or on your neck. Ensure that your head and knees stay well apart (e.g., during somersaults or spins).
    • Avoid landing on the protective padding; despite the padding, there is a risk of injury.
    • Do not jump into the side nets or deliberately land on/ sit on the frame pads.
    • Do not exit the trampolines by jumping onto frames or walkways.
    • Never climb the angled trampoline surfaces or hold onto them.
    • Do not climb on the nets.
    • If you fall, keep your arms and legs close to your body and tuck your chin in.
    • Do not brace yourself with your arms when falling and always keep your tongue inside your mouth.
    • Jumping is physically demanding. Take breaks as soon as your muscle tension or concentration starts to diminish.
    • Use the rest areas outside the jumping zones and take drink breaks there if needed.
    • Keep your mouth empty: No food, gum, or similar items while jumping.
    • Sitting or lingering on the trampoline surfaces is prohibited.
    • Entering the area beneath the trampolines is forbidden.
    • Jumping under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted.
    • No consumption of food or drink, and no chewing gum, on the trampolines or in the access areas.
    • Take drink breaks only outside the jumping areas.
    • The activity area may only be entered and used with official JUMP DOME anti-slip socks.
    • The maximum permissible body weight for using the trampolines is 130 kg.
    • Immediately inform staff if you witness an accident or notice any damage.
    • Always follow the instructions given by the staff promptly and without exception.
  4. Airbag / Foam Pit
    • Be mindful of other jumpers.
    • Running, pushing, or playing tag on the trampoline surfaces is forbidden.
    • Disturbing other jumpers (e.g., bumping, jostling) is extremely dangerous and prohibited.
  5. Respect & Consideration
    • Be considerate of other jumpers.
    • Running, pushing or playing tag on the trampoline areas is not allowed.
    • Disturbing other jumpers (e.g. bumping or crowding) is extremely dangerous and strictly prohibited.
  6. Outfit, Long Hair, Headgear, Jewelry, and Glasses
    • Tie long hair back in a ponytail.
    • Wear clothing without hard or sharp-edged parts (e.g., no zippers, studs, or belts).
    • We recommend that those who wear glasses remove them. Hearing and visual aids (e.g., glasses) may only be worn if they fit securely and are absolutely necessary.
    • Headgear is only permitted in the jumping area if explicitly approved.
    • Pockets must be emptied (no keys, phones, etc.).
    • All body jewelry (necklaces, rings, piercings, watches, or similar accessories) must be removed or properly taped before jumping.
  7. Health Restrictions
    • If you have back problems, heart conditions, asthma, diabetes, or are pregnant, consult a physician before jumping.
    • Individuals with serious medical conditions (heart, back, etc.) are advised not to jump.
    • Only use the facility if you have the necessary physical and mental capacity to perform activities, actions, and jumps safely and responsibly.
  8. If there is any uncertainty regarding these RULES OF CONDUCT, please consult the staff!
