JUMP DOME socks and the JUMP DOME bracelet must be worn. When you come to the JUMP DOME for the first time, you will receive these two items at the cash desk. The JUMP DOME socks are for your safety. They are yours and you can use them again the next time you come to us. The JUMP DOME bracelet is your membership card in the form of a wristband with an integrated jump timer. The bracelet is yours after your visit and you can use it again next time.

You can check your remaining jump time at the time check terminal in the hall. Our crew can also tell you how much time you have left at any time. Remember to wear comfortable clothing that is not constricting or restrictive. It is best to bring sportswear with you. You will find lockers in our changing rooms where you can safely store and lock away any items or valuables you do not need. Travelling to us is also no problem: We are located in the middle of Salzburg – Maxglan and are easily accessible by public transport as well as by car from all directions – just 5 minutes from the Wals-Siezenheim motorway exit.

It’s best to book your jumping time online right away so that you can use the fast lane and get to our trampoline hall without having to wait long.

We have a catering area that is always available for you. At the self-service counter, you can get everything your heart desires, from slushies to coffee, from pizza and warm baguettes to donuts and muffins. Your jump time is not interrupted during your visit to the catering area, so time keeps running.

So that we can maintain the cleanliness of the activity areas, eating and drinking is only permitted in the catering area and you are not allowed to bring your own food and drink. However, you can of course bring a water bottle with you, which you can store in the rack at the entrance gates.
