Tasks
- Implementation of quality and safety standards
- Organisation & optimisation of work processes
- Customer service, cash desk operation and sales activities
- Instruction, animation and supervision of our guests
- Looking after reserved groups (e.g. birthdays & company events)
Background and interest
- Experience in the service or retail industry
- Experience in catering service or payment processes
- Willingness to experience something new every day and to work multiple shifts (including weekends and public holidays)

DEPUTY SITE MANAGER
Full-time, 40h per week (m/f/d)
YOUR MISSION

TASKS
- Deputy management of up to 30 employees
- Telephone and written customer service
- Organization and implementation of marketing activities and new customer acquisition
- Processing ongoing business cases (group bookings,
- complaint management, customer requests)
- Administrative activities in the course of personnel management
- Implementation of quality and safety standards
- Organization & optimization of work processes
- Customer service, cash desk operation and sales activities
- Instruction, animation and supervision of our guests
- Supervision of reserved groups (e.g. birthdays & company events)
BACKGROUND AND INTEREST
- Experience in the service or retail industry
- Experience in gastronomic service or payment processes
- Willingness to experience something new every day and to work in
- multi-shift operation (incl. weekends and public holidays)
- Fun and interest in movement, trends and direct customer contact
PROFILE
- Completed school or vocational training (preferably in the commercial sector)
- Very good knowledge of German
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in social media marketing is an advantage
- Leadership skills and ability to work in a team
- Very good communication and social skills
- Reliability, commitment and a sense of responsibility
- Enthusiasm and high self-motivation
